Repair time depends on the complexity of the problem and parts availability. Generally: software repairs (virus, system): 24-48h, screen replacement: 2-3 days, component replacement: 3-5 days. We offer express service (same day) for an additional charge for urgent repairs.
Yes, the diagnosis is completely free and without obligation. We evaluate your device, identify the problem and provide you with a detailed quote. You are only charged if you accept the repair. If you decide not to proceed with the repair, you get your device back at no charge.

All our refurbished computers are covered by a 6-month warranty on parts and labor. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and hardware failures. It does not cover accidental damage, viruses or problems caused by misuse.
